Dementia Friends: An Invitation to Join Us at Bicester

Following on from his successful seminar during Dementia Action Week in May, Ben Saunders, a Private Client solicitor at HMG Law in Bicester, invites you to join him at Bicester’s weekly Wednesday Breakfast Club on Wednesday 22 August to become a Dementia Friend (an initiative run by the Alzheimer’s Society).

When:            Wednesday 22 August 2018

Where:           The Littlebury Hotel, Bicester, OX26 6DR
(plenty of free parking is available in the hotel car park)

What Time:    7am for a 7:30am start
(cooked breakfast is included with the £10 entry fee)

Why:

This year there will be 850,000 people living with Dementia in the UK and over 21 million people know someone affected by the condition.

89% of employers believe that dementia will become a bigger issue for their organisation and their staff.

As one of the many thousands of people in the UK who provide a service to clients every day, why not learn about what life can be like for people living with dementia and some of the small things you can do to help them feel part of the community?

As a trained Dementia Friends Champion, Ben Saunders (a solicitor in our Wills & Probate team based in Bicester), will be providing some key messages about dementia to allow you to have a greater understanding of the challenges which might be facing your clients, staff and their families.

Please book your place via the Wednesday Business Club website
