HMG Welcomes Ben Saunders to the Private Client Department in Bicester

HMG recently appointed Ben Saunders to the Private Client team, specifically with the remit of developing our established presence in the Bicester area.

Ben qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined HMG Law’s Private Client team in February 2018.

Based in the firm’s Bicester office, Ben specialises in Wills, Probates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection (including Deputy, Statutory Will and tax planning applications) and Inheritance Tax planning.

Ben provides advice which is up-to-date, practical and sensitive to his client’s personal and family circumstances.

Ben has been a Dementia Friends Champion since March 2016 and in that time has trained over 350 Dementia Friends via the free Dementia Friend Information Sessions which he runs. He can also signpost clients and their families to other local organisations which are available to provide the associated care and support required.

Outside of work, Ben is a father with two young children who keep him on his toes. He is also a season-ticket holder at his beloved Reading Football Club.

Ben graduated from the University of Southampton in 2006 with a degree in English Literature. He carried out his academic legal training at The College of Law. He completed his Training Contract with a Legal 500 firm in the Thames Valley and worked for them as a Private Client solicitor for several years prior to moving to HMG Law.
