We are seeking an Administration and Finance Assistant to provide support to our administration and finance teams.

The postholder will be involved in office administration, accounts assistance, archiving, database administration, ordering supplies, servicing meetings, covering reception and secretarial/audio typing support for our legal secretaries.  The role will be primarily based in our Oxford office but there would be a requirement to provide support and cover in our Bicester office as well.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some previous office experience, particularly someone who wants to pursue a career in either administration or finance.  Training will be provided and there will be opportunities for future career progression.

Enthusiasm, determination, commitment and the ability to work as part of a team are essential skills for this role along with strong IT skills, attention to detail, good numeracy and literacy skills. The successful candidate is likely to be someone who shows genuine interest in working within a law firm, who can demonstrate a positive attitude to their work and be able to form strong working relationships with colleagues.
