I am a member of Resolution and also an accredited specialist in Private Children Law and Complex Financial Remedies. Resolution members promote a conciliatory approach for negotiating and trying to resolve disputes. I shall endeavour to avoid/minimise any bitterness and acrimony so far as I am able and shall encourage you to do so also. The aim is to achieve an early resolution where possible in a constructive way. This approach should benefit the family as a whole in these difficult circumstances and should lead to fewer legal costs being incurred.
Originally from Northern Ireland, Christina studied English at the University of Edinburgh and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice course at the College of Law in York.
