Kirsten joined HMG Law in April 2016 as the firm’s first Practice Manager. This appointment signals the start of a period of change and improvement and a strengthening of the management structure of the business.
Kirsten was previously Practice Manager for a multi-disciplinary Architecture/Planning/Urban Design practice and subsequently worked as Operations Manager for an international consultancy and Business & Operations Manager for a highly successful software development company. Kirsten has previously run her own business and also teaches office practice and shorthand skills.
At HMG Law, Kirsten is responsible for the operational management of a range of disciplines including HR, recruitment, learning and development, marketing, administration, supplier contracts, IT planning and support, process and policy development, event management, health & safety, premises issues and project management.
Kirsten is currently studying for a postgraduate level Diploma in Human Resource Development and is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
She is on the Board of Trustees for Oxfordshire Scouts, has been appointed as Chair of Oxfordshire Gang Show and is also a Guider and Leader at a local Brownie pack.
Kirsten brings a breadth of knowledge and skill to our organisation and will be working to continually improve and develop our working processes and best practice to underpin our continued success. Kirsten provides support to the Partners in developing strategic plans for the future of the Practice and will ensure we maintain our high standards, both for our clients and our staff.
